Villa Extravaganza Interior

The 300 m2 indoor area of Villa Extravaganza offers accommodation to 8 guests in four spacious modern style bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and has access to an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, from each bedroom guests will have a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The en-suite bathrooms are furnished with a shower, a bathtub and other bathroom necessities such as a hair dryer, towels, etc. In addition to the four en-suite bathrooms, Villa Extravaganza features a guest toilette. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and clothes dryer in Villa Extravaganza. The modern kitchen with marble accents is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils guests might need when cooking delicious meals. The grand dining area for eight people will be the ideal area to socialize with loved ones over a delicious meal, while the chic living room creates the perfect entertainment area for the whole family. While enjoying a stay at this elegant villa, guests will also be able to follow their usual training regime in the indoor gym or, perhaps, unwind in the sauna.

Villa Extravaganza Exterior

While the indoor area of Villa Extravaganza showcases elegance in the most refined way, the 400 m2 courtyard elevates the villa to another level in terms of luxury. The main attraction of this majestic courtyard is without a doubt the 36 m2 hydromassage infinity heated pool from which one has a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the surroundings of Villa Extravaganza. Surrounding the swimming pool are lounging chairs with beach towels where guests can soak up the sun rays. Next to the pool is a roofed lounge area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the sea.  Furthermore, Villa Extravaganza has several balconies with either an outdoor dining area or with sunbeds from which a beautiful view is, again, guaranteed. Cooking enthusiasts will be pleased with the barbecue where delicious grilled dishes can be prepared. The entire property of Villa Extravaganza is fully enclosed ensuring its guests absolute privacy during their stay. Guests who arrive by car will have access to a private parking space on the property.

Villa Extravaganza Surrounding

Vinišće is a small Dalmatian fishing village which offers not only peace and quiet, but also some unique tourist attractions. Being named after the old Croatian word for vineyards, Vinišće abounds in gorgeous vineyards which were planted by former Roman soldiers, as well as sandy and pebbly beaches.  The town features several beautiful churches, of which we would like to highlight the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary which is surrounded by a cemetery with tombstones knows as “stećci” which are under the protection of UNESCO. However, the most unique activity guests can participate in by renting Villa Extravaganza is visiting the underwater museum “Via Crucis” which consists of 52 handmade life-size statues and an 8-meter tall statue of Jesus Christ and depicts the Stations of the Cross. Additionally, Vinišće is a great starting point for the exploration Dalmatia, as it is in the vicinity of some of the most popular touristic cities such as Trogir (20 km), Primošten (25 km) and Split (48 km), as well as of the National Park Krka Waterfalls (72 km) where you can swim while being surrounded by majestic cascading waterfalls.
